Cristina de la Hoz Pérez, CPA, is a Tax Partner at De La Hoz, Perez & Barbeito, PLLC.
She has been in the accounting profession since 1997 and has extensive experience in the preparation of federal and state returns, international tax issues and tax research and consulting. At De La Hoz, Perez & Barbeito, PLLC, Cristina works with various tax issues ranging from compliance to tax planning/structuring, both domestic and international, and closely held and SEC regulated clients.
Perez holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and management from Florida International University and a master’s degree in taxation from Florida International University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
She was previously a senior tax associate at KPMG LLP and a member of the tax staff at Grant Thornton LLP.
Perez is the mother of two wonderful children and has been married for 15 years to a career supportive husband. She enjoys traveling, art, and spending time with her family.
